Residential care homes provide a warm, safe and friendly environment, where people can maintain their independence if they wish, but have access to support when they need it. The aim of Anchor care homes is to maintain quality of life. Privacy and choice are high on the priority list and personal care is tailored to meet individual needs. 85% of homes are rated 'good' or 'excellent' by the Care Quality Commission. In addition, Anchor care homes have won national recognition for their catering. All menus offer residents freshly cooked, nutritious meals. Finding information on accessible holidays or travel, which is often scattered in many different places, is a major barrier. This website aims to help overcome it.
